I talked with engineer in the factory and realized that since right now our main market is US, we didn't notice before that European markets actually has different preference on the sound and other things. We did sell to British, and we noticed that they had different preference than our US market and we do install an extra part for this item named DB Killer to lower down the sound. If you would like to try this item again in the future, please write a note to us so we can install that part for you.
